The job was replacement of a south-facing front door that did not fit well so let in draughts in the winter and warped in the summer. The new door was copied from the old, with stained glass vertical panels in the upper half of the door and stained glass top light above. Efficient scheduling of installation date and good communication throughout, including from fitter when he was held up on his way into London. Fitter was highly professional and considerate.
We have an oversized patio door which makes a difficult installation. The sliding doors (3) were fitted by two young men and I cannot praise them enough. The doors were heavy but they did an excellent job.
The people we dealt with were not pushy they really explained the benefit of a new living space over the old one and from the first day were very respectful.
Excellent service and the installers were very helpful, clean work and tidied everything up. Could not asked for any better service. They even helped me put the curtains back up as I stay alone and very small!
